To carry out in-store experiential sales promotions for Nescafé Dolce Gusto throughout Switzerland.

To achieve year-on-year increase in sales of Dolce Gusto coffee machines and capsules.


•CPM Switzerland recruited and trained a dedicated team of highly skilled sales agents and promoters; with the requisite customer service skills to effectively build rapport with customers and drive sales conversions.
•Each promoter is provided with in-depth product knowledge training and receives ongoing sales coaching from field managers.
•The teams manage the entire logistics and merchandising of the promotional stands through to the execution of the promotion.
•Monthly sales performance reports are uploaded directly to the Nestle database providing easily accessible insights on the latest promotions and the performance against objectives.


3 year successful partnership with Nestle Necafé Dolce Gusto with over 1,800 retail activation days executed to date.
