Lucozade & Ribena In-Store Promotion

 

THE CHALLENGE

CPM were tasked with optimising the space and Lucozade and Ribena product ranges on the shelves in-store.

We installed 200,000 shelf units within an eight week period and createe a supply chain  solution for the distribution of shelf kits from clearance at the UK Port through to receipt by field representative for installation in store.

THE CPM SOLUTION

  • We recruited a dedicated field team and deployed the staff to store
  • Produced a storage and stock control system to accommodate the re-active nature of the activity in store
  • Negotiated a discount with GSK’s preferred parcel carrier and passed the savings on to the client.
  • Created a mechanic for reporting on the lines despatched.

Successful delivery to target stores of 98.7% during the original campaign.


Activity was extended due to the success of original campaign.
We achieved a 99.6% coverage of all stores by field team.
