Kipling - CPM raise awareness and drive sales for new Wallflower range through European in-store sales promotions

 

THE CHALLENGE

Kipling approached CPM to carry out a 5 day  in-store sales promotion in March 2013 to debut their spring ‘Wallflower print’ range. 

 

THE CPM SOLUTION

•CPM were responsible for the entire set up of Wallflower POS and exhibition stands in-store across department stores throughout Belgium, Germany and Spain.

 
•Our experienced local Brand Ambassadors teams actively engaged with customers to raise brand awareness of the new Wallflower print range; with nail artists offering manicures to customers who purchased from the Kipling ‘Wallflower ‘collection.
 
•The project was centrally managed but with a focus on local co-ordination to reflect the unique needs of each of the Retailer Groups. 
 
•Daily reporting and insights from the Brand Ambassadors allowed Kipling to have a real sense of the consumer engagement in the program

RESULTS / ROI

Following the activity, a Final Report provide full data analysis, photos from all the stores and a video, which was filmed over the 5 days to highlight the activity success and brand awareness raised.

The campaign attracted more than 3000 customers and over 500 bag purchases; achieving a 16% sales conversion rate.
