Throughout a 7+ year partnership, CPM has delivered over 960,000 product sales to British Gas Energy through the development of a dedicated High Performance, Business:Consumer Telesales team.

During our journey over the last 7 years we have grown our high calibre sales team from 30 to 160 agents. Due to our telesales team consistently outperforming other suppliers; CPM took the controlling stake in British Gas outsource sales channel.

We developed a robust variable sales pitch for the team in order to sell and promote a wide range of tailored products and services into the consumer market; for both new and existing customers.

As channel leaders for innovating new performance management plans to maintain the lowest cancellation rate in the outbound channel giving client the best Cost Per Acquisition.
