THE CHALLENGE

 

FrieslandCampina called on CPM to recruit, train and manage a fully-outsourced sales force to introduce their new condensed milk “Hoan Hao” into the Vietnamese marketplace. More specifically, the coffee/café channel.

THE CPM SOLUTION

CPM recruited, trained and is managing a team of sales representatives to:

  • Visit each outlet daily to sell product directly to customers (coffee channel) and drive brand awareness
  • Collect & report market information
  • Co-ordinate with distributor for stock management and sales management
  • Establish strong relationships with retailers

Successfully recruited 10,000 coffee shops in the first two months.

Achieved brand positioning for Hoan Hao in the Vietnamese marketplace
